Delivery

When you purchase a Gammill machine, a professional delivery technician will bring it to your home, set it up, ensure it's stitching properly, and provide you with onsite training. This comprehensive service is included in the price of machines purchased from Gammill, including pre-loved machines with new retrofits.

Machines purchased directly from Gammill include our non-transferable, limited lifetime warranty.

Pre-loved machines with brand new Statler or Ascend Retrofits starting at $29,999

This machine system will have had all the original electronics and wiring removed from the machine head, leaving only the mechanical parts, which are throughly inspected. Updates to the machine ensure it has Breeze Track and wheels, X and Y motors that drive the machine with a new belt system, 360 degree channel locks, a Mod G controller, CreativeStudio 7 computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Pre-loved machines with brand new Vision 2.0 Retrofits starting at $10,999

Systems sold with a Vision 2.0 retrofit will have all of the electronics in the machine replaced, a new electrical harness, new front handle bars with the Vivid Lights, and new back handles. The machine will be operated by the Vision 2.0 tablet and software. Pre-loved machines with a new Vision 2.0 Retrofit are only sold in the 18-inch machine head size. Pre-loved machine prices vary based on age, table style, throat depth, and aesthetic condition. All machines have a brand new retrofit and carry the same Factory Warranty as a new machine. In order to determine pricing, machines are graded into category A, B, and C based on year and aesthetics.

About Pricing

By completely refurbishing and certifying and warrantying the machines, we’ve removed the “Risk” that normally accompanies the purchase of a used machine. And we’ve bundled it with the delivery, setup, and training you need in order to make the most of your new machine!

Our Pre-Loved Machine prices vary based on age and aesthetic condition. They are all the same mechanical/functional condition, but since everyone prefers a prettier machine, the ones that have newer shinier paint, and fewer dings and scratches, are more expensive.

Machines have undergone a complete retrofit process are categorized by age and appearance for pricing. After being stripped down and rebuilt, the differences among these machines are aesthetic, such as variations in the appearance of the table due to age, wear in the paint, scratches, chips, dings, etc.

It’s important to note that these aesthetic differences do not affect the machine’s performance or its stitching quality.

Cosmetic flaws on pre-loved Gammill machines may include imperfections such as scratches or paint chips. These imperfections in no way impact the performance of the machine. Here is one example of a cosmetic flaw:

What are the different classifications for pre-loved tables?

Vision 2.0 18-inch machines will come on a Home Pro table of a similar year. Machines that are 22" and larger will come on your choice of a 12' or 14' table (as supplies last). Tables are categorized by condition and year.

Statler Retrofit Category A: The table is powder coated which is more durable than ordinary paint. The tabletop will have minimal light scratching. The table is pivotal access and will have the sit or stand feature.

Statler Retrofit Category B: The table is powder coated which is more durable than ordinary paint. The tabletop has signs of moderate scratches. The table is pivotal access but will not have the sit or stand feature.

Statler Retrofit Category C: The table is painted (not powder coated). The table may be any style and the tabletop shows heavy use. It may have straight bars.
